Tara’s session impacted me the most; she taught about insight discovery colours, which help understand personalities for effective communication, and radical candor, which means giving feedback with both care and directness. I’ve applied these lessons in my personal, academic, and professional life. Being among delegates from nearly 70 nations was also incredible; it offered diverse perspectives and meaningful connections. I’m deeply grateful for this inspiring and truly global experience.

I’m Viktoria Satmarie from Hungary, a fully funded delegate at the Global Leadership and Business Certification in Cambridge. The experience was incredible, meeting over 100

participants from 60+ nations was truly special and led to lasting global friendships. Representing Hungary among such diversity was an honour.
