● All information must be accurate, complete, and up to date
● All payments for registration or participation must be completed through approved payment methods
● The payment displayed at checkout is final and binding
● Participants are responsible for retaining proof of payment for their records
● The Organization reserves the right to verify payments for administrative or dispute-resolution purposes
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
● Change of personal plans or decision not to attend
● Travel, visa, or personal scheduling issues
● Failure to participate after confirmation
● Partial attendance or withdrawal during the program
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Global Business Symposium (GBS), participants shall be offered either a full refund or an alternative program credit, as officially communicated by the Organization.
Global Business Symposium (GBS) shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered where applicable.
