Mr. Gerard Seghers is the Trade and Investment Commissioner at Consulate General of Belgium in Istanbul. He conducted a session on, “The role of public sector in facilitating international trade and foreign direct investment” at the Youth Leadership and Business Forum Turkiye 2024.
